These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and netpkr ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing a bet on netpkr, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Introduction
netpkr is an online casino and betting platform operated specifically for players based in Pakistan. The platform offers casino games, crash games, live dealer tables, poker, roulette and related betting products, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform can be accessed at netpkr.app and through any officially endorsed mobile interface.
These Terms govern every aspect of your relationship with netpkr — registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, VIP Club membership, and any customer support interactions. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the same overall agreement.
The Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use netpkr after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Notification of material changes will be sent to the email address registered on your account.
Plain-language summary: By playing on netpkr you agree to follow these rules. They exist to keep the platform fair, secure and trustworthy for every player.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use netpkr. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. netpkr may request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close accounts where the player cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on this platform.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active account on netpkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or household members — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate and current information when registering, including your full name, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension. netpkr reserves the right to perform identity verification at any time.
2.4 KYC Verification
Identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. You will be asked to submit a government-issued CNIC or passport and, where required, a proof of payment method. Verification documents are processed within 24–48 working hours. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete.
2.5 Restricted Players
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from netpkr, or who have been excluded by the platform for any reason, are not eligible to register a new account. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balance returned to the verified payment method minus any winnings generated during the restricted period.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your netpkr login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any other person and must not allow any third party to access your account.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify netpkr immediately at support@netpkr.app. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access.
netpkr will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from netpkr that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
Important: Any activity that occurs on your account before you notify netpkr of a security breach is your responsibility. Keep your login details secure at all times.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
netpkr accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by netpkr.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit: Rs 500
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000
- Standard daily withdrawal limit: Rs 1,00,000 (higher limits available for VIP members — see the VIP Club page)
4.3 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and protect player funds. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative after completing additional verification.
4.4 Processing Times
- Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: typically under 10 minutes
- IBFT bank transfer: 1–3 business hours during banking hours
- Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank
4.5 Fees
netpkr charges zero platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside netpkr's control and will be borne by you.
4.6 Verification Holds
netpkr reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending additional verification where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activity. We will notify you by email if a verification hold is applied to your withdrawal.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
netpkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to the general terms set out here. In the event of conflict, individual promotion terms take precedence.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria vary per offer.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address and payment method.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
- Minimum deposit requirements must be met before bonus funds are credited.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount by which the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be turned over before any winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
VIP cashback paid through the netpkr VIP Club carries no wagering requirement and is credited as immediately withdrawable cash. See the VIP Club page for details.
5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering
Crash games, slots and instant games typically contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements. Roulette and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms. Poker cash game rake contributes at a rate stated in the relevant poker promotion.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
netpkr monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including but not limited to: placing bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee profit from bonus funds; opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; systematically exploiting promotional offers in ways not intended by the platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, netpkr reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games on netpkr operate under their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.
6.1 Provably Fair Games
Crash games and instant games on netpkr use a cryptographic provably fair system. Each round's outcome is determined by a hash generated before betting opens. The hash is published at the end of each round and can be independently verified by any player. This system prevents netpkr from altering game outcomes after bets have been placed.
6.2 Bet Finality
Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. A bet that has been settled — whether as a win or a loss — is final. netpkr's game result records are the authoritative record for all settled bets.
6.3 Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned to participating players. netpkr will notify affected players by email. No winnings from a voided round will be paid. netpkr is not liable for any loss arising from a technical malfunction.
6.4 Connectivity
Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gameplay. netpkr is not liable for bets lost due to a player's connectivity issues. Players are strongly advised to use the Auto Cash-Out feature on crash games to protect bets during potential disconnections.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on netpkr. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Opening or operating more than one account
- Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification
- Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game
- Exploiting software bugs or errors in games — any wins generated from a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime
- Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person
- Systematically abusing bonus offers (see section 5.4)
- Attempting to reverse, dispute or chargeback legitimate transactions with your payment provider
8. Responsible Gaming
netpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and stay in control. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and take effect immediately when activated for limit reductions.
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much PKR you can add to your account.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be prompted to take a break.
- Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion: Close your account for a defined period ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion.
If you are self-excluded from netpkr, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account during your exclusion period. However, you remain responsible for not attempting to circumvent exclusion measures.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the netpkr platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, design elements and the brand name "netpkr" — is the intellectual property of the platform and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use, copy, reproduce or distribute this content outside of normal platform use.
You may not frame, deep-link or embed any part of the netpkr platform in another website or application without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
netpkr provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, netpkr excludes all liability for:
- Losses arising from a player's betting decisions or game outcomes
- Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind
- Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: power outages, internet failures, government action, natural disasters, or third-party platform failures
- Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
Nothing in these Terms limits netpkr's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Note: Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose the money you bet. Only play with funds you can afford to lose. The presence of these Terms does not constitute a guarantee of any game outcome or financial return.
11. Amendments to These Terms
netpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to grammar or typographical errors) may be made without notice.
If you disagree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform before the amendment's effective date and contact support to request account closure. Continued use of netpkr after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is shown at the top of this page. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online betting and gaming platforms in the jurisdiction from which netpkr operates. Where any dispute arises between you and netpkr, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration rather than litigation, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The language of any dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents netpkr from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm while a dispute is being resolved.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to support@netpkr.app with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include: your registered email address, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates and transaction IDs where applicable. We will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within 7 business days.
