Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number, create a password, tick the age confirmation and Terms acceptance boxes, then submit. A verification email will arrive within two minutes — click the link and your account is active. The whole process takes under five minutes. There is no registration fee.

No. Each person is permitted exactly one netpkr account. Creating multiple accounts — using different emails, phone numbers, or through a family member's details — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances reviewed. If you already have an account and cannot access it, use the forgot password tool on the Login page or email support@netpkr.app.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. A reset link is sent immediately — check your inbox and spam folder. If you no longer have access to the email address you registered with, email support@netpkr.app with your registered mobile number and we will verify your identity and help you recover the account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on netpkr. Age verification may be requested at any stage. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method. netpkr takes underage gambling prevention seriously — see the Responsible Gaming page for more detail.

Log in, go to Account Settings → Profile and update your details there. For security reasons, changing your email address or mobile number triggers a verification step — you will receive a confirmation code to the existing contact before the change goes through. If you cannot complete the verification step because you no longer have access to the original contact, email support@netpkr.app with proof of identity.

You can request account closure by emailing support@netpkr.app with the subject "Account Closure Request". Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method before closure. If you are closing your account due to a gambling problem, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool instead — it is faster and provides more protection. See the Responsible Gaming page.
Deposits & Payment Methods

netpkr accepts the following Pakistani deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards. All methods transact in PKR with no currency conversion. Full details are on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500 across all payment methods. There is no platform fee on deposits — Rs 500 deposited equals Rs 500 in your account. Some payment providers may charge their own small transfer fee; check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app for any applicable charges.

Easypaisa and JazzCash: Typically under 60 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay: Usually 1–3 minutes. IBFT bank transfer: 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard: Under 5 minutes. If a deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, email deposits@netpkr.app with your transaction reference number.

Yes. netpkr provides daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits accessible from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. You can set a limit to any PKR amount you choose. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit applies after a 24-hour cooling period — this delay is intentional and designed to protect you. Wait 30 minutes first — occasional processing delays do occur, especially with bank transfers. If it still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, email deposits@netpkr.app with: your registered email address, the payment method used, the exact amount, the transaction reference or screenshot from your banking app, and the date and time of the transfer. We will trace the payment and resolve it within 4 hours.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard, select your preferred payment method, enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method used to deposit. If you have never deposited, the withdrawal will be processed via bank IBFT to your verified bank account. Full step-by-step guide on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

For verified accounts: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within a few minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are usually under 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfer takes 2–6 hours during banking hours. Processing times may be longer for unverified accounts or first-time withdrawals while the verification check is completed. VIP members receive faster processing as a tier benefit.

The minimum withdrawal amount on netpkr is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although large withdrawals above Rs 100,000 may be subject to an additional verification step for anti-fraud purposes. This is a one-time process and once completed, future large withdrawals are processed without delay.

Common reasons include: your account identity has not yet been verified, an active bonus has wagering requirements that haven't been met, the withdrawal method provided does not match the one used to deposit, or there is a mismatch in the account details. Log in to your account and check for any pending verification requests. If the issue is unclear, email withdrawals@netpkr.app with your transaction reference and we will investigate within 4 hours.

Identity verification (KYC) is a standard security measure required before first withdrawals or above certain thresholds. It protects your account from fraudulent withdrawal attempts by someone who isn't you. You will typically be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (both sides) and a selfie. Verification is reviewed within 24 hours. Once completed it does not need to be repeated unless your details change.
Bonuses & Promotions

New players who register on netpkr and make their first qualifying deposit receive a welcome bonus. The current offer — including the bonus amount, eligible deposit methods and minimum deposit — is listed on the Promotions page. The bonus is credited to your account automatically after your first deposit clears; no bonus code is required unless a specific referral code was provided to you.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet a bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place bets totalling Rs 20,000 before the bonus is released. Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date they are credited, depending on the promotion. If the wagering requirements are not met within that window, the bonus expires automatically. Check the promotion terms when you claim a bonus so you know the deadline. If you believe your bonus was removed in error, email support@netpkr.app with your account details and we will review it.

Yes. netpkr runs regular promotions for existing players including weekly reload bonuses, loss cashback, and game-specific tournaments. VIP members receive additional exclusive bonuses as part of their tier benefits. All current promotions are listed on the Promotions page. If you opted into marketing notifications during registration, you will also receive bonus alerts by email and SMS.

No — bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your dashboard. Winnings generated from bonus play that exceed the wagering requirement are transferred to your real-money balance and can then be withdrawn normally. The exact rules depend on each promotion — check the Promotions page for specific terms.
Games

netpkr offers: Aviator crash game, Roulette (European and live dealer), Poker (Texas Hold'em), and a full library of Crash Games. All games are played in PKR from a single account balance. New games are added regularly — check the homepage for the latest additions.

Aviator is a crash-style game where a multiplier starts at 1x and rises continuously. You place a bet before the round starts and cash out at any point before the plane "flies away". If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the value shown when you click. If the plane flies before you cash out, your bet is lost. The multiplier at which the round ends is determined by a provably fair random algorithm — it cannot be predicted. More details on the Aviator Game page.

netpkr offers European Roulette (single zero, house edge 2.7%) and live dealer Roulette with real-time streaming. Tables are available at multiple stake levels in PKR — from micro-stakes for new players to higher-stakes tables for experienced players. netpkr uses provably fair technology for crash games including Aviator. This means the outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic seed that you can independently verify using publicly available tools — the result is not controlled or adjusted by netpkr after a round starts. Live dealer games use physical randomisation (spinning wheel, shuffled cards) visible via live stream. VIP Club

Every bet you place after registration earns tier points. As your points accumulate, you progress through VIP tiers. Higher tiers unlock better weekly cashback rates, faster withdrawals, exclusive bonuses and access to a dedicated account manager at the top levels. VIP cashback is a weekly refund of a percentage of your net losses for the week. The percentage varies by tier — higher tiers receive higher cashback rates. Cashback is credited to your account every Monday and can be used on any game. This means a bad week hurts less the higher your tier. Exact percentages per tier are detailed on the VIP Club page.

VIP tiers are evaluated periodically based on your recent activity. If your activity drops significantly below the threshold for your current tier, your tier may be adjusted downward. You will receive advance notice before any tier change takes effect so you have the opportunity to maintain your level. Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and choose your self-exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years or permanent. The exclusion takes effect within 15 minutes. Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and loss limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases apply after a 24-hour cooling period. You can also set session time limits and enable reality check notifications from the same section. A cooling-off period is a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account — options are 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off, your account is suspended for gameplay and deposits but your balance is safe. Cooling-off periods cannot be shortened once activated. To activate one, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and select the duration you need.
Security & Privacy

Act immediately. Change your password from Account Settings → Security, then email security@netpkr.app with the subject "URGENT – Unauthorised Login" and your registered email address. Our security team will lock the account, review the login history and assist with any balance discrepancies. Even if you are not certain, email us — it is always better to check. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) once your account is secured to prevent future unauthorised access.

Log in, go to Account Settings → Security and enable 2FA. Once active, every login will require a one-time code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number in addition to your password. This means that even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without also having your phone. We strongly recommend all players enable 2FA.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and send you service communications. It is never sold to third parties. If you opted in to marketing communications during registration, you may also receive promotional emails and SMS — you can opt out at any time from Account Settings. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing — even netpkr staff cannot read your password.
