- Registration data: Full name, date of birth, email address, Pakistani mobile number, and a password you create.
- Identity verification (KYC): CNIC number, copy of CNIC or passport, selfie for identity confirmation. Required for withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
- Payment information: Mobile wallet identifiers (Easypaisa/JazzCash account numbers), bank account details for IBFT, or card details for Visa/Mastercard. Full card numbers are never stored by netpkr directly — they are processed via our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners.
- Support correspondence: Any messages, emails or chat transcripts you send to the netpkr support team.
- Responsible gaming information: Deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off elections and self-exclusion requests you submit.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically

4. Legal Basis for Processing
netpkr processes your personal data on the following legal bases, depending on the specific activity:
- Contract performance: Most processing is necessary to provide the services you signed up for — managing your account, processing your PKR transactions, settling game bets, and delivering support.
- Legal obligation: Identity verification, transaction record-keeping and fraud reporting are required to comply with applicable financial and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Legitimate interests: Fraud prevention, platform security monitoring and anonymised analytics are conducted under our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe and improving the experience for all players.
- Consent: Sending you marketing messages about promotions and bonuses available on netpkr requires your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Payment Data and PKR Transactions
netpkr supports six payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are denominated in PKR. Because handling payment data carries significant responsibility, we have specific arrangements in place to protect it.
5.1 Card Data
When you pay by Visa or Mastercard, your full card number is transmitted directly to our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processing partner. netpkr never receives, processes or stores your full card number. We retain only a masked representation (last four digits) and the payment result (success/fail) for record-keeping.
5.2 Mobile Wallet Data
Your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or SadaPay account number is stored securely to enable withdrawals back to your wallet. This number is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and is accessible only to authorised payment processing staff at netpkr.
5.3 Bank Account Data
Where you provide bank account details for IBFT withdrawals, this information is stored encrypted and is used solely for processing the withdrawal you have requested. It is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any third party beyond the financial institution processing the transfer.
5.4 Transaction History
netpkr maintains a complete record of all deposits, withdrawals and in-game transactions on your account. This record is required for account management, dispute resolution and legal compliance. It is retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements.
6. Sharing Your Personal Data
netpkr does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We share data only in the following specific circumstances:

Request a copy of all personal data netpkr holds about you. We will provide it in a readable format within 30 days.
Right to Rectification
If any personal data netpkr holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that we correct it. Most registration data can be updated directly in your account settings.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data. Note that some data must be retained to meet legal obligations — we will explain which data cannot be deleted and why.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, or to direct marketing at any time. Marketing opt-outs are processed immediately.
Right to Restriction
Request that we limit processing of your data while a dispute about accuracy or legal basis is being resolved.

11. Children's Privacy
netpkr is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must not register for or use netpkr under any circumstances.
If netpkr becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18, that account will be immediately closed, any balance returned to the payment source, and all personal data associated with the account deleted. If you believe a minor may have created an account on netpkr, please contact us immediately at privacy@netpkr.app.
Players must also not allow minors to access their netpkr accounts. Account holders are responsible for ensuring their devices and credentials are not accessible to underage individuals in their household.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
netpkr may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate, changes in applicable law, or improvements in our privacy practices. When material changes are made, we will notify you by email to the address registered on your netpkr account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
